How to Request. To request a refund under this guarantee, contact Dr. Plummer directly at 941-740-2273 within 7 days of your first visit. Refunds are processed promptly, no questions asked.

Insurance Patients. For patients whose first visit is billed to insurance, the guarantee applies to any out-of-pocket amount paid by the patient (copay, deductible, or self-pay portion).
